Please read our shipping and return policy carefully to understand the terms and conditions of your purchase.


Shipping Time Frame:

  • We aim to ship your order within 5-7 business days.
  • Due to high demand, especially during the holiday season, shipping may take longer. If we anticipate any significant delays, we'll notify you via email right away.
  • We ship from three different warehouses, and occasionally, delays can occur based on warehouse location or stock availability.
  • Krypton UV 606 and Electronic PREMIUM Stands may take 4-6 weeks for delivery, depending on availability.

Tracking Information:

  • Once your order ships, we will send you a tracking number via email, so you can monitor the status of your package.

Shipping Methods:

We use the following trusted carriers to deliver your order:

  • DHL
  • FedEx
  • UPS
  • Canada Post/USPS

International Shipping:

  • We ship globally. See specific region details below:

Canada:

  • Duty-free when stock is available in our Canadian warehouse.

USA, UK, AU:

  • Duty-free on most orders, unless the order is very large.

EU:

  • Duty-free when items are shipped from our EU warehouse.
  • Please note: The EU warehouse cannot ship to the Canary Islands. If necessary, customers will need to handle customs and pay the required duties for deliveries to the Canary Islands.
  • Firestorms, Electronic Premium Stands, and Firestorm/Inferno Pros fitted to these stands ship from outside the EU and are subject to customs duties.
  • Blue light-blocking glasses ship from outside the EU, and FedEx/UPS will collect duties upon arrival.
  • Cosmetic serum cannot be shipped to the EU.

Other Countries:

    • Subject to local customs processes: Duties generally need to be paid by the customer for delivery.
    • Cosmetic serum cannot be shipped to certain countries.

Duty Fees for Specific Regions

  • Spain:
    • There is a $10 duty fee per pair for glasses, payable to FedEx upon arrival (this fee is separate from your shipping costs).
  • EU (Firestorm 612/606 or Krypton Models):
    • These items may incur customs duties upon arrival, which are not included in the purchase price and must be paid directly to customs or the courier (FedEx/UPS).

Customer Communication on Delays

  • For US Customers:
    • Krypton UV 606 and Electronic PREMIUM Stand are temporarily out of stock, and delivery times may extend to 4-6 weeks.
  • For EU Customers:
    • Certain products, including Firewave, Firedragon, and Inferno lamps, may experience delays of up to 4-6 weeks. We’ll notify you as soon as your order ships.
  • For Customers in Spain:
    • If you’ve ordered glasses, please be aware of a $10 duty fee per pair, payable to FedEx upon arrival.

Returns and Exchanges:

Customer Satisfaction Guarantee

We’re committed to high-quality products that meet your expectations. If you're not satisfied, we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee.


Returns

  • Products can be returned for a refund within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • The product must be in new, unused condition, with all original packaging and accessories.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping and must provide a tracking number.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.
  • Prescription glasses cannot be returned.
  • Orders in transit cannot be returned until they are delivered.

Exchanges:

Exchanges follow the same process as returns. If you need to exchange an item, simply follow the return process and re-order the new product.


Discounted Lamps and Stands:
