Returns and Exchanges

Customer Satisfaction Guarantee

We’re committed to providing high-quality products that meet your expectations. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee to ensure your peace of mind.

Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

Timeframe: Products can be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
Condition: Items must be in new, unused condition, with all original packaging and accessories included.
Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for return shipping and must provide a tracking number for the return.
Refunds: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected. Please allow 7-10 business days for processing.
Non-Returnable Items:
Prescription glasses cannot be returned.
Orders in transit cannot be returned until they are delivered.

Exchanges

Exchanges follow the same process as returns:

Initiate the return process for the original item.
Once the return is processed, you can place a new order for the desired product.
