Returns & Refunds Policy

At EMR-TEK, your satisfaction matters to us. If you’re not fully satisfied with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy for your peace of mind.

Eligibility

• Return requests must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

• Products must be new, unused, and returned in original condition with all packaging and accessories.

• All refunds are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

• Prescription/custom glasses are non-returnable.

• Items still in transit cannot be returned until they are delivered.

Process

1. Email info@emr-tek.com with your order number to start a return.

2. We’ll email you a prepaid return label.

3. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

4. Refunds are issued back to your original payment method once the item is received and inspected. Please allow 7–10 business days for processing.

 Important Notes

• Customers outside duty-free regions are responsible for any customs duties/taxes assessed by their country.

• Items must successfully clear customs and be delivered before a return can be initiated.

• EMR-TEK is not responsible for customs or import fees related to the return process.

EU Customers — Rights of Withdrawal

• EU buyers may withdraw from any physical product purchase within 14 days of delivery, no reason required.
• Prescription/custom glasses are exempt from the right of withdrawal.
• To withdraw, click "Withdraw from Purchase" on our website or email info@emr-tek.com with your name and order number.
• A confirmation email will be sent upon receipt of your request.
• Once withdrawal is confirmed, standard return conditions above apply (original condition, packaging, 15% restocking fee).

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
To exchange an item:

• Return the original product under the conditions above.

• Once processed, place a new order for the replacement item.
