Please note that due to the high volume of orders, we may have a delay of 2-5 days before posting tracking information for our global shipments.
- International orders or items not in stock in USA/Canada: Tracking will be provided within 1–3 days.
- Glasses orders : Tracking may take slightly longer than normal.
- Global shipments : Tracking is handled manually and will be provided within 1–4 days.
- Same-day shipping : Orders placed before 2 PM (Mon–Fri) ship the same day.
- Weekend orders : Orders placed after 2 PM on Friday or on the weekend ship Monday.
- Rest assured : Your order has been received and is on the way.
