We have tried to answer the most common questions.
Shipping
Do you ship overseas?
Yes. All our lights have voltage converters integrated which means the voltage difference in varying in different countries is a non-issue. We will provide you with the correct power supply for your country.
If you received an incorrect power cable, please reach out to info@emr-tek.com with your order number so we can send out the correct one.
How long will it take to get my order?
At EMR-TEK, we strive to get your order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible. Here’s what you can expect:
1. Order Processing Time:
Once your order is placed, it generally takes up to 7 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays) to process and hand it off to the shipping carrier. Please note that during peak seasons (e.g., holidays or major sales), processing may take longer. If there's a significant delay, we’ll notify you via email.
2. Shipping Time:
We ship from multiple warehouses across North America, Europe, and Asia. The actual delivery time depends on:
- Your shipping address
- The location of the stocked item
- The selected shipping method
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with real-time tracking as soon as your package leaves our facility.
3. Carrier & Delivery Estimates:
We partner with major carriers including DHL, FedEx, UPS, Canada Post, and USPS, as well as regional freight forwarders. Delivery times vary by destination and carrier. On average, most customers receive their orders within 5–15 business days after shipment, depending on customs clearance and local delivery speeds.
4. Customs & Import Fees:
For international customers, delivery times can be affected by customs processing. You are responsible for all duties, taxes, and import fees as determined by your country’s customs authority. Please check your tracking regularly and respond promptly to carrier outreach to avoid clearance delays.

What shipping carriers do you use?
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

How far should I stand from the lamp during a session?
We recommend a distance of 6–12 inches from the lamp for optimal exposure, depending on your sensitivity and usage goals.
How long should a session last?
Typical sessions last 5 to 15 minutes per treatment area. Start with shorter sessions and increase gradually as needed.
Do your products emit harmful EMFs?
No. Our lamps are designed with low-EMF output and shielded internal wiring to ensure user safety.
Do EMR lights flicker?
Nearly all lights including incandescent flicker from being powered by AC power.
LEDs can be particularly troublesome if they are designed with low quality components.
Our lights use high quality power drivers to ensure practically no flicker, please read our blog on "the flicker effect" where we show flicker vs very limited flicker. We have eliminated the flicker to the point where even in slow motion video it can not be detected.
Do I have to use goggles with my lamp?
We recommend closing your eyes during facial exposure. For prolonged or very close facial use, wearing goggles is advised.

Do your lamps come with guides?
A digital version is available on our website, on each product page under the “Manual” section, and two instruction sheets are included with your delivery.

Do you offer a warranty?
Yes! All of our products come with a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty. If you experience any issues, email info@emr-tek.com for support.
Do you offer discounts?
We occasionally run promotions. Sign up for our newsletter or follow us on social media to stay updated.
Can I return a used lamp?
To be eligible for a return, the lamp must be unused, in original condition and packaging, and returned within 30 days of delivery. Used items cannot be returned.
