Light Fusion sheet masks pair directly with the Eterno mask — that's the two-step protocol (15 min sheet mask → matched Eterno wavelength). Green sheet mask pairs with 525 nm, Red sheet mask with 630 nm, Yellow sheet mask with 580 nm. You can also use the sheet masks on their own.
Shampoo, conditioner, and other topical cosmetics are standalone — no Eterno pairing required. Use them as a normal part of your routine. They're formulated around ingredient quality, not wavelength matching.
Short version: if it's a sheet mask, it pairs with Eterno. Everything else runs on its own.

Returns on cosmetics work a little differently than hardware:
- Unopened packs — full 30-day refund, no restocking fees, send them back.
- Opened packs — for hygiene reasons we can't resell opened cosmetics, so we can't refund them. If you've opened one and it's a real problem (reaction, damaged product, wrong item), email support@emr-tek.com — we'll work it out.
