Do you ship overseas?
Yes. All our lights have voltage converters integrated which means the voltage difference in varying in different countries is a non issue. We will provide you with the correct power supply for your country.
How long will it take to get my order?
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
Do EMR lights flicker?
Nearly all lights including incandescent flicker from being powered by AC power. LEDs can be particularly troublesome if they are designed with low quality components. Our lights use high quality power drivers to ensure practically no flicker, please read our blog on "the flicker effect" where we show flicker vs very limited flicker. We have eliminated the flicker to the point where even in slow motion video it can not be detected.
Do your lights emit EMFs?
Yes our lights emit low frequency electromagnetic fields, like all electronic devices. However you will never have to be exposed to it. The EMF coming off of our devices non-existent at a distance of 5 inches.
Do I have to use goggles with my lamp?
Goggles are included and should be worn when using the device.
